Data we collect

Profile details, verification documents, load and booking records, payment metadata, and GPS tracking events necessary to operate freight bookings.

To match cargo with carriers, process escrow payments, surface tracking, calculate trust scores, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

We share only the data required for the counterparty in a booking (e.g. driver name and truck for the cargo owner). We never sell personal data.

Data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with role-based access controls and row-level security policies.

You may request export or deletion of your account data by contacting support.
