Terms of Service

1. Platform Role
ShaBanq Fleets Logistics ("ShaBanq") operates a digital marketplace connecting cargo owners with verified drivers and fleet operators. ShaBanq is not a carrier and does not own or operate trucks.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18+ and legally permitted to operate transport services in their jurisdiction. Driver and fleet accounts must provide accurate verification documents.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
A confirmed booking creates a freight contract between cargo owner and driver. Either party may cancel within 10 minutes of acceptance without penalty. Cancellations beyond that window may incur fees and impact trust score.
4. Payments & Commission
All payments flow through ShaBanq escrow. ShaBanq charges a transparent 11% platform commission on completed freight. Drivers receive net-of-commission payouts after delivery confirmation.
5. Cargo Responsibility
Drivers and fleet operators are responsible for cargo handling, lawful transport, and timely delivery. ShaBanq is not liable for cargo loss, damage, or delay caused by the carrier, weather, or force majeure.
6. Trust & Verification
Trust scores reflect completion rates, cancellations, ratings, and disputes. ShaBanq may suspend accounts for fraud, repeated cancellations, or violations of these terms.
7. Disputes
Parties must attempt resolution through the in-platform dispute system before legal action. ShaBanq may freeze escrow funds pending dispute outcome.
8. Changes
ShaBanq may update these terms with notice through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
